From 1978 to 1989, Bobbi served as the President of Aviation Sales, Inc., a 55-employee fixed base operation with two locations in Dayton, Ohio.  The primary location was located on the international airport, while the second was situated on the City's general aviation reliever airport. During this period, Bobbi was also required to serve in the capacity of Airport Manager at the reliever airport.

As COMARCO's Director of Airports for the Los Angeles County-owned airports, Bobbi's responsibilities included hiring, training, and supervising Airport Managers; rate-setting and enforcement; budget development; tenant relations; policy development and implementation; business development; lease development and negotiations; community interaction; FAA grant assurance compliance; construction management; and contract negotiations.

Subsequent to her stint with COMARCO, Bobbi was selected as the Project Manager responsible for conducting environmental audits on various airports across the United States under a multi-year contract with the FAA’s Washington, DC Headquarters.  In fact, through this project and other consulting assignments, Bobbi has completed project work on over 1,300 airports across the country.

Over the past several years, Bobbi has had numerous articles published on such topics as airport privatization, contract management and Minimum Standards, and completed a presentation on airport privatization at the InterAirport Europe Conference in Munich, Germany in September, 1999, as well as AAAE's International Conference in Marrakech, Morocco in September 2002.  In addition, she is a regular contributor to Airport Business magazine on the topics of Minimum Standards and Exclusive Rights.

Bobbi is a former Board member for the National Air Transportation Association, a member of their Airports Committee, and a member of the American Association of Airport Executives Non-Hub/General Aviation Committee.

Consequently, Bobbi's diverse experience in virtually all aspects of general aviation is virtually unmatched in the aviation industry.  As such, Bobbi brings a variety of personal experiences and observations to ABS' projects, which assists in thinking "outside the box", as well as understanding what works and what doesn't.
